Anyone who uses social media has probably been guilty of over-posting at some time or another. Over-posting can have several definitions, but basically, it is one who posts several times a day either stating the same thing repeatedly with slightly different verbiage, or it can be one who posts every detail about their day. Trust me, I have been guilty of way too many dog pictures, grandkid pics, or vacation pictures.
I thought it would be kind of funny to look at an over-poster with a little parody. If this hits too close to home, or if you find similarities in posts you have done; it was not intended. Kick back, have a good giggle and don’t take offense, I find it amusing how much we are willing to share within the virtual world, some people way more than others. My parody takes place on Facebook, but it could be Tic Tok, Instagram, or any other platform that allows personal content. Here we go.

Hey all, its 5:40 a.m. and I am just finishing with my workout….I feel great; stretched 20 minutes, walked for 20, and ran 4 miles. Just look at how many calories I burned (insert picture of treadmill read out).
