I am in my 50's and want to encourage women of all ages and all walks of life to be the best version of themselves. I am an Operations Director, by trade. I am married and have 5 grandchildren. I love nature, animals, cooking, and low impact exercise. I am a midwest girl at heart; I grew up in Illinois and lived in Oregon for four years before moving to Georgia. My father lives with my husband and me as of July this year.
My family and I have had several curve balls and misfortunes thrown our way this year. I have created this site to encourage, uplift, inspire, and help women through other women.
